    What is the holy **** is wrong with those guys? What kind of total **** head would every take there time to print out photo's, particularly mug shots of black teens for a ****ing shooting practice? Holy **** do they need to be fired, and get their damn gun privileges taken away.

    Nobody that stupid should ever be allowed touch a gun, never the less be a ****ing cop!

    Two questions.

    Q1: Is the outrage that the officers were shooting pictures of people, or of black people?

    Q2: Were the pictures of white, Hispanic, Asian, and all other criminals removed before target practice?

    In my opinion, I think the officers just printed out mug shots as targets. As a shooting target, it makes sense because it gives you many targets to aim for.

    As for them being black, I can't say for sure whether it was intentionally racist or if it was coincidence. Were there other races on the target? How did those mug shots get picked? If they could show it was coincidence, then I don't think it's racist.

    It is in poor taste to use people's faces, though. The officers probably didn't consider the PR disaster that is.

    That seems to be the issue. They were doing a facial recognition target practice when she noticed her brother - not that the targets were black. According to the story similar ethnicities are used during such an exercise.

    When making a six-pack (photo line-up containing mugshots of six people), you generally select one photo and the computer picks the other five to have matching characteristics. Usually you end up with 6 similar looking dudes. If the lineup has people of different races on it, the computer screwed up bad. Everyone in the six pack should fit the description of the suspect.

    Not likely. Aside from the Islamic state, I've never seen any other demographic display outrage for such insignificant events. I wonder if this is riot/looting worthy.
