Hope you have faith in your superstar Chandler Parsons.
We sure as hell have faith in ours James Harden.

How much is Parsons getting paid again?

Mavs are decent, but they look an awful lot like the Rockets did last year. (And they are a finished product with zero flexibility to get better)

Meanwhile the Rockets have fantastic veterans, young players, picks and flexibility galore to add another significant piece If it comes around.

Always wondered who that white guy is (the one interviewing Chandler). He's like a douchey version of Bullard. Whereas Bullard is the corny version of Bullard.

thanks for this. nice touch putting in the playoff seedings.

By their records, both Houston and Dallas look to be around the same position - very good but just below true contention. Each team has fared better against some of the playoff-bound teams while not others, though I think the Rockets had a slightly harder schedule. (Playing the likes of Memphis and Golden State three times.) Both have taken care of business against the bottom-feeders.

However, both teams have yet to prove themselves against Atlanta, GSW and the Clippers, which are three of the top teams so far this season. And at this point, I can't see a clear difference in the record or standing to say that one team is clearly better than the other.

The difference is they are opposite sides of the same coin...one is mostly offense, the other mostly defense, while teams like GS are balanced and real contenders.

Both Dallas and Houston are not balanced enough.

It appears that Dallas and Houston are on a collision course to meet in the first round of the playoffs. Frankly, I am not real thrilled about that. That series would be very tight and could go either way. Dirk is a certified Rocket killer and all the bad blood between the teams plays into the equation. I would rather start out with another more "neutral" matchup, even San Antonio or the Suns, even the Clippers.

    Awful perimeter defending.

Lack of defensive presence in the middle against Dwight.

    Pg that can't shoot.

I'd feel very comfortable against Dallas.

I would love to face Dallas in the playoffs. We would destroy them.

Rockets win that series with relative ease if they play defense the way they did in November.

Rockets struggle and potentially lose that series if they play defense the way they have in January.

If not Dallas then who? Portland? Spurs? Dallas might be the easiest team. My Godness the west plyoffs is going to be a blood bath.

Nobody. We cant beat nobody unless they dont do a scouting report which isnt easy to miss. Pester Harden and thats it. I still get shivers of never seeing Harden show up.
