The truth is somewhere in the middle. RedRedemption is a bit of an apologist suckup. You however are a bit too militant in your thinking. Racism does exist. To deny this is dumb and/ or politics driven. However, racism is not what is holding Lin back at this point. He is just a streaky player prone to slumps and one who has not found his niche in the league. He needs more game and more confidence and aggression to succeed.
on a team thats tanking w/ kobe out the whole week and Swaggy in shooting slump Lin will have good games here and there but that's about it hes a good back up PG but a horrible starting PG he just can't handle the heat One of the softest players Ive ever seen in the NBA He's not a scrub but he's not a starter in this league

I never said Lin is at yao`s level. In my opinion lin`s ceiling is dragic`s. Not a good defender but is a valuable scorer. The problem with lin is that he`s scared to mess up & when he does he lets it affect his whole game. The worst part is he just takes insults like it was nothing. If I was him I would have punched kobe`s mouth. He`s got nothing to lose if he did that cuz he can play in china but it would probably gave him the respect in the league.
I`m pretty sure I`m rich, happy & a proud person. I can live happily if lin retired today but I think you`ll kill yourself if ever clutchfans closes down cuz your only accomplishment in life is being a top poster here.
I`m usually on the defensive end in this thread though. I represent myself & stand by my opinions. I never asked for any asians help cuz I finish my own arguments. I have nothing against white, jews or blacks as I`ve dated a lot of aussie & british girls. The racism I observed is done by mainstream media & hollywood.It`s just my personal opinion.They are based on my experience & I could be wrong but as of now I have no reason to believe otherwise.
