There are players that are mentally weak like lin, bynum, sanders & royce white but with jeremy it`s harder cuz he`s the only asian player in a league of balcks and a few whites. Even in coaching, spoe is the only asian and the only asian GM is with the bobcats. My nephew had an african american teammate in his asian school basketball team that can`t produce cuz he couldn`t fit in with the team due to being intimidated as he`s the only black guy. He was supposed to be good in the US but here he`s struggling. It`s the same with lin. He needs to be mentored just like Z-Bo was before his memphis days.
Lin is not an excellent scorer. He's at best a streaky shooter. Rondo can't shoot at all and is notorious for getting onto teammates when they are under performing in his eyes. Rondo would be laying into Lin in the locker room on a daily basis and it would be a complete disaster. Lin couldn't even mesh with Harden who is a quiet leader.
Delusional and dumb folks (Lin fans) gave us reasons as to why Lin is not what he is. Reasons such as Scott heavily favors Price, Kobe doesn't like Lin and doesn't want to play with him, Lin not getting enough minutes etc etc. Well there was no Price or Kobe last night and Lin got to play 30 odd minutes and yet stunk it up putting up a miserable putrid performance offensively and letting Burke have his way at the other end. Lin had his chance being the primary ball handler and heavist paid player on the team and goes to blow it away. Lin fans can't make any more excuses. Lin just proved to Scott that he is a soft, mental midget and proves Scott right to bench him. Scott believes Lin is a p***y, always will be and you can't say he is wrong.
I wouldn`t call 1 rookie versus two veteran closet lin fans a victory. You skipped some of my questions why is that ?
they don't make excuses, they just try to change the subject to race so they can divert the basketball discussion they are coming back to clutchfans, lakers fans must have crushed them like ice
All the Laker fans I know personally despise Lin.....besides his terrible play, a big part of it has to do with his crazy fans blaming his poor performance on everyone but Lin. It is going to be the same no matter which team Lin plays for.
But if Jeremy wasn't asian he would have NO fans he wasn't related to. See how that cuts both ways? Maybe he just needs to learn to...relax like Z-bo before his Memphis days. I'm sure a great NBA fan like you remembers all that. Quick! To Wikipedia!
When did I say I`m a great NBA fan ? Z-Bo was awful before memphis but that team made him feel welcome. If you don`t think race is a factor then you`re in denial. When nowitzki improved his game my friends were in charge of his promotions in europe. The same goes with gasol. They don`t promote african players in africa cuz the company thinks they`re not gonna make money there so who`s racist now ?
That`s why I`m a players fan. You`re just jealous cuz lin`s got a lot of loyal fans and you don`t. At least I`m not a bandwagoner who cheered only during his linsanity days then throw him under the bus when he`s down.
