    1) Trade Harden while his value is high
    2) Trade Howard, he is replacable
    3) Trade Motiejunas for a second round pick, he's too soft, can't defend and can't score
    4) Release Papanikolaou and send him back to Europe, the Greek media tells us he sucks
    5) Release Jones, he still doesn't have an official timetable and won't ever be able to play basketball again
    6) Release Smith, he's a cancer
    7) Trade Beverley, he's not a great playmaker
    8) Release Terry, Brewer, Ariza, Dorsey, Canaan; they are too urban
    9) Fire McHale. Just do it. That thread is getting old.
    10) Fire Bill Worrell, he's too old
    11) Accept the bribes from all the other teams in the NBA and bolt

Listen to another GM's trade proposal on the phone and laugh at them.

    Nothing.

If you make a trade in a single day you're gonna lose the trade. Offer all the front office staff an irreversible raise one by one if they will give me all the analytical data collected and keep me informed of all the trade and draft talks they hear from now until they leave the industry. ;)

Leak important information to anonymous posters on niche basketball forums. Like the real GMs do.

Hire the majority of Clutchfans because they seem like they can run a team really well...

I would trade away every pick from this year to the next 10 years and pocket all the cash.

Then I would invest all the money into Arian Foster's stock.

Would trade TJones and Beverley + pick or even two for a really good, all star pg. Bledsoe, Dragic, Lowry. Would bring back Cannan from D League and watch as the team makes it to the conference finals.

I'd grab all the Rocket dancers and have them bathe with me in the nude in a giant luxury whirl pool. I wonder why Daryll Morey has done so already?

Cut Dorsey and sign Jermaine O'Neal or Okafor.

Hire an assistant to do my job. Then start touring college campuses to recruit every attractive female analytics major to be interns for me. Then tag said interns until I lost my job.

Create a Clutchfans GM Senate where any user could propose a transaction to be voted on. A simple majority, and we execute the trade immediately. We could probably zip through 20 transactions an hour if the other GMs are at their desks, and we'd have the title won on paper by 2 pm.

This would be guaranteed to work because Clutchfans polls are always right.

Fire Clutch, the bear that is, and bring back Turbo. Boot Clyde from his Color Analyst gig and replace him with Murph. Send Clyde to the pre/half/post shows. Then I'd request an advance on my salary from Les. If he says no then I'd quit. No two week notice.
