We should get Mo Williams. He can create his own shot and score 50+ points a game. Mo is better than Jason Terry.

Faried's contract is a complete pain in the ass of tradeonomics due to how the extension applies for money in and out on both ends.

That being said, I was under the impression the NFL required the Nuggets to be sold (per NFL rules since he bought the Rams), so i didn't get why they were treading water like they were.

If we can add Love and Rubio.... Let's see if Dmo can handle being surrounded by Wolves.

What is Phoenix suppose to do with another undersized, defensively challenged PF? They were looking somebody to protect the paint.

Wright is a 6'10 shot-blocking center and Faried is a 6'8 scoring forward. There's a world of difference between them.

Hehe. I thought the same thing. Here's a nearly identical photo (guess the jersey sells it?):

brandan wright is a 6'9 scoring forward, and phoenix's problem isn't shot blocking (they get more than we do, and we're the 2nd best defense in the nba), it's that apart from len, their interior can't rebound to save their lives (so close to dead last).

Rockets need a point guard... As of now, they don't have anyone who knows how to do a proper entry pass into the post. Probably the reason that DMo does not get nearly as many passes.

One thing that Hakeem had during his MVP run, was proper entry passes. Robert Horry and Kenny Smith were great at getting the ball to Hakeem. I know neither got an assist in this category, but as efficient as Hakeem was working with the ball in the paint, there probably should have been a stat on this, because Hakeem was money with the ball near the basket.

Even Mario Eli, Cassel, and Bullard knew how to properly get the ball to Hakeem. There were bounce paces, lob passes, zip passes, etc... But the team played to Hakeem's strength.

vince is right on the money. ariza and bev are lacking confidence, timing, and execution when it comes to getting dmo and howard the ball in scoring position.

game after game our big guys are squandering energy establishing position down low, only to get waived off or have the ball delivered to them at a time or place where the defender has needlessly gained an advantage.

You know who are great post entry passers? Josh Smith and DMo. See Jonas valanciunas on the Lithuanian national team and Al horford on the Hawks.

In fact, there is a highlight reel that gets passed around of Smith's fantastic PnR play with Horford.

Everything will come with time, chemistry and McHale getting on Smith for choosing to drive and kick at every opportunity possible.

    I have faith.

D-Mo can't pass to himself, and Dwight isn't playing well right now. Smith's addition is important, but we can benefit from the addition of Goran. He can play at both guard spots, and give Harden a breather. Beverely can be effective off the bench. It's too bad, that we can't obtain him.

Hakeem made entry passes look easy.
