I just want to say this, even though i am sure others have said it, but, if DMo got as many opportunities in the post as Dwight then Donatas would be averaging over 20 per game, and the Rockets would have a much higher offensive efficiency than they currently do. Does anyone disagree with this?
Lol yes if by developed you mean he finally allowed him to play near the basket I guess Mcfail "developed" DMo. It's amazing how much he "developed" in a few weeks early in the season
A big part of that is DMo's fault. There were multiple times tonight that he got the ball in the post and passed back out then got the repost and passed back out again. I like that he is not selfish when he gets the ball but sometimes I wish he would just post his man up and take the shot.
aside from post ups, i'd like to see some set plays to run him on the move and flash in the paint. he is excellent at converting that push shot over the defense from 8 feet in
He shoots the most on every team he has been on, lol. Anyway, solid game for Dmo. Just too bad he's used as the 5th option, even when Harden and Howard are on the bench.
He is turning into a beast in the Paint. His Offense will help us in the playoffs if we use him right. Best part about is that he moves the ball so quickly that the guy coming to double him gets out of position and our players easily score. Keep it up D-Mo.
Also I noticed DMO got a few double teams in the paint. He passed out of them effectively, found the open man. Nice to see him get that kind of respect
This is still Harden and Howard's team. Unless the Rockets plan on moving Dwight or giving DMo a raise, don't expect anything to change.
DMo is looking good.. . . great even but NO WAY IN HELL I am going into the playoffs with an Untested DMo and Harden who's playoff woes have been well documented [this is an UNTIL YOu DO IT IN THE PLAYOFFS LEAGUE] It is silly to do otherwise Rocket River
Part of me wants to see an offense centered on D-Mo posting up. He has passed tiago splitter as a prospect.
