Rockets fans will never be satisfied.

If dwight sits, we complain that we need him out there when we're getting destroyed in the paint by other teams. But when he's in but not feeling 100%, we tell him to sit until he's better again. The guy can't win.

^^ i def agree on that. Dwight is only lacking on the OFFENSIVE side. Dwight is still a powerhouse defensively.

Even the TNT team pointed that out.

If we need to rest Howard we can start Smoove at PF and Dmo at C and still win games so if needs to sit he can

Not really. Our D has been pretty much the same with Howard in or out of the line up.

Marc Gasol is the best center in the league.

Howard or Gasol are the best right now. Noah still isnt good on offense. Howard looks like he is still recovering from that injury but when he gets right its no contest. Just look at the playoffs and how well Howard played.

Quit acting spoiled, we would've been perennial pretenders without Dwight.

Every criticism this board is giving Dwight was the exact same things people were saying about him last season on this board. Guess what? He was also the our best player in the playoffs and stepped up big time.

Maybe he is coasting, but look at how long he's been in the league and the injuries he's had. If he's coasting and people are shooting less than 30% around him, I can't wait to see a motivated Dwight.

    1. Howard is playing just fine this year, some of you "fans" are ridiculous. Howard for Jordan straight up? What are you even smoking??

    2. The best center in the leage isn't Marc Gasol, isn't Noah, isn't Howard, it's Cousins. Watch a couple of Kings games and you'll agree with me.

I dont think anybody will deny that Cousins has very good skills. He can't be the best if it doesn't take a lot to get to his head. He usually implodes if things don't go his way.

That is the main criticism of him and unless he gets that straightened out, he can't be considered the best.

Noah? He's not even top 5. Howard isn't replaceable this season. If we want to try win it all this season we need his defense, big time.

But as of today for this season, he is not replaceable.

Replace Dwight lol. We've been trying to find a big man since Yao retired and now some of you want to get rid of him? Yeah let's replace him with someone sub par and see how far we get in this western conference.

Don't take my word for it, watch a Kings game or two, and you'll see that Cousins is not a simple hothead any more. He plays with passion like Westbrook, and they are similarly boneheaded at times, but you don't see much imploding from Cousins this season.

An annecdotal video isn't really saying much, and that was in a blow-out game Kings already lost. Here are some stats, Cousins is tied with 8 other players for 9th in the league with 5 technical fouls. This is after Cousins' two previous seasons of leading the league in technicals. Another side of his improvement is on the defensive end, he's a legitimate defensive anchor now.
