You need to explain what types of conflicts or problems would arise from that, or provide examples of some kind.

French Montana says he Muslim and in some of his songs he says he prays 5 times a day and also talks about the Mecca a lot in his songs. Not sure this helps or anything.

How many Beats per Minute constitutes as rap?

What about Rock or Pop songs?

Are we going to ban religion from all music? What about Christian music?

Many east coast rappers in the 90s were 5 percenters...their beliefs and doctrines were mentioned all throughout their lyrics.

Biz Markie was slower than Faith No More, Milli Vanilli and PM Dawn were faster than Technotronic.

Yea but that music was mostly promoting self awareness and not necessarily violence... But most black Americans are Christians and grew up worshipping pictures of a white skin blonde hair blue eyed Jesus and got that Stockholm syndrome... It's been installed in them not to fight back against their oppressors. They would kill each other before they did that.

Of course people can rap about religion. It'll probably be even more unlistenable than normal rap, but you're free to have at it.

    Its freedom of speech.

"Should rappers be allowed..." Yes. Legally they should be allowed.

If everyone followed the work ethic of Kevin Gates instead of Jesus the world would be a more productive place.

    Gates repping the 225.

Agree with OP rapping should be illegal. They're talking so fast no one knows what they're saying. They could be giving out national security secrets to extremists and we wouldn't even know.

Um, Lecrae is unlistenable (sic)? I think you need to quit with the hasty generalizations.

I am as much of a fan of Lecrae as I am of Hopsin.
I am not a fan of either.

Never heard of him. But I will go ahead and put my money on him being unlistenable.
