coming into the game Thursday. Their last game was Friday at home against the Jazz. Meanwhile, Rockets will have to fly to Brooklyn to play the Nets, then to Orlando on Wednesday and fly back home to play the Thunder the very next night. Oh it's on TNT too so I doubt they mention it while Charles/Shaq rag on us.
I havent looked at the schedule to confirm this but it seems like most of our B2Bs we play against a rested team... and rarely are we rested and getting a team on the 2nd night of a B2B... that said, I know we are up there with the most B2Bs (we dont have the most but were close) sucks
too much time off, they're lucky harden isnt still on their team or they'll be too drunk from all the strip clubs to show up to the game
Does not matter. Adams and Perkins would own Howard even if Howard got a 1 week rest while those two bums were coming off of back-to-back-to-back.
On a completely unrelated note - I took a look at the Blazers' schedule today. They just don't have any stretches of difficult games all season. Their hardest run was Dec 15 to 23, where they played the Spurs, Bucks, Spurs, Pelicans, the Rockets and the Thunder. And they won every game except for against us... The only other semi-difficult stretch is March 4 to March 16, where they play LAC, Dallas, Minnesota, Houston, Detroit, Toronto and Washington. The rest of the season they play a good team followed by some cupcakes, rinse and repeat. Can't see us catching them unless they get an injury and we catch fire, so it's 3rd seed or bust for Houston...
Seems like we're often catching the Thunder on the 2nd of a back-to-back with them rested. SSDD. Or rather, SSDS. Same s***, different season.
