NFL Divisional Playoffs

yea...well...last week all the haters were calling this as a blow out. so, it was a much better game than expected. there is no reason for the cowboys to hang their heads....albeit they blew the opportunity to win it.

 

Sea Hawks are going to repeat in my opinion. I said that before the playoffs. But I'm so glad Green Bay won today.

 

Perhaps the high-profile nature of this call will finally get that ruled reviewed in the offseason. I've hated that rule since they put it in the rulebook. The officials are inconsistent calling it, it's fraught with gray area, and at this point, it seems like receivers are having to do more and more all the time to prove possession.

Don't get me wrong, as a Cowboy hater, I was pleased with the overturn, but I can admit that the rule is frustrating and dumb.

Seriously thought Dallas had this game when I stopped watching.... Then...the meltdown. Tuned in just in time to see it.

Potentially, sure. They determined it wasn't though and given that they stole a game last week against the Lions, I'm not that concerned.

 

In all honesty, I was being purposely obnoxious to mimic the Cowboys fans I deal with everyday.

I hate Dallas and I hate Dallas Sports teams. If you look at my sig, I'm a hardcore Houston fan all the way. So again, I apologize to the fans for being obnoxious. I was just trying to jinx the whole game.

Oh and for mick fry, you can continue being a b****. You had the tenacity to tell me to grow up for not rooting for the Cowboys. The Cowboys lost. I've never been happier. I can root for the Cowboys to lose all I want. This is a Houston sports forum. I rep my city all day.

Really, if you look at that play, Dez seemed more concerned with trying to jump into the end zone than catching the ball while maintaining possession (which he had before he leaped for the goal line). That was a huge mistake by Dez. It's on him and I blame him!

 

Fun football weekend. I haven't had a chance to watch all of the games, but the bits here are there have been fun.
