the kicker will be if the NFL comes out after the game and says it should have been ruled a catch. lol
He didn't bobble it like Dez did though. Dez actually lost control of the ball after it grazed the ground.
they aren't with a hobbled rodgers that's for sure. i think the dez was a catch, but the rules are always iffy in regards to the ball hitting the ground. i won't disagree with the overturn there. i cannot say enough about how huge devante adams has been. the beginning of the season he wasn't even considered an option in the pass game, then he gets his shot and plays well, but slowly fades towards the end of the season. now in a playoff game, he's making HUGE plays!
It only matters if possession is established with a football move first. I agree, it's a stupid rule and I hope they do away with it....but they called it right given the stupid rules.

It may seem like an awful rule with that close catch but if it wasn't in place then there would be so many AWFUL catches that are completions. Guys will just get hands on the ball and fall on the ground.
