He needs to get his @$$ into the gym and practice some repition step back jumpers, to get himself more space from his opponents. Also needs to learn how to shoot floaters. But there doesnt seem to be any hope for him , he's plain awful and continues to look embarassing.

A blowout like this is hardly a 1 man job. The Lakers team just look dispirited. If any one person is to blame as the root of this, it's really Kobe Bryant. He fails to make even a token effort on defense (like just raising his hand), shoots crappy and turns the ball over a ton just throwing wild passes. And all this from you "team leader" that the coach is afraid to criticize. If someone is determined to blow the game for his team, he wouldn't have played much differently than Kobe does this game.
