    Yeah but the picture is getting to me more. Just kinda making him an afterthought. It is four guys, they can mention them all together and they are still in the same class.

    I think Biggio's election will strengthen Bagwell's claim. When you look at them side by side, hopefully those that don't think his stats were good enough will see it differently.

    I don't follow baseball much anymore, but the Biggio and Bagwell Astros teams were so special to me growing up. The "fathers and sons" narrative about baseball has been exhausted, but I spent so many good Sunday afternoons at the Astrodome and Minute Maid Park with my dad watching those two play.

    That 8% represents people who didn't believe he was a 1st ballot HOFer but believe he is a 2nd ballot.

    Well deserved. Should have been a first ballot HOF, considering he had 3k+ hits, played catcher, second base, and center field! That's just incredible.

    Congratulations Biggio. You played the game the way it was meant to be played.
