It's clear ZNB's not worth responding to on this point. To be fair to ZNB and others with similar sentiments about the end of the game, obviously I agree that at the end, we could have played better.
I was really impressed with his play tonite. (Minus the last 2 3 pt attempts) If he continues to improve like this, I will be ecstatic
LOL, if Rockets keep calling that ISO ****, DMo/Howard should just pull something like Adrian Dantley did when he refused to come out for Rodman in Detroit during the Bad Boys era, haha... basically stay in paint and demand the ball. Hakeem wouldn't have let this ISO garbage be called so much... I know we don't have a presence like Hakeem, but DMo is pretty decent inside. PnR would have been so much better than ISO....
We straight up choked this game away, the officiating was terrible - yes. Probably the worst officiated Rockets game all year, completely in the Bulls' favor. BUT, we still should have one this, another collapse down the stretch, very concerning.
Jimmy Butler did a great job on Harden and Howard couldn't do nothing against the big frontline that Chicago has. I have no idea why we went away from DMo in the 4th who seemed to be our best offensive option at the moment.
Harden against Jimmy Buckets in the 2nd half. 0-9 and only 3 points off of Bulls Tech, and Mirotic reaching near the end. Butler reckted Harden.

The Rockets just played the toughest game between now and OKC and handed this one to the Bulls(with a very large assist from refs). So yes, if they continue to play at least as well as tonight(the last 6 minutes notwithstanding), you figure they can win their next 5 heading into that OKC game. And frankly, they better. Dallas and Golden State are winning every night lately, Portland almost never loses, and Memphis is at least alternating between wins and losses.
Then just come to realize that you will NEVER be satisfied. If you can call tonight a "choke" then have at it, but just know that has far more to do with your ridiculous expectations. Instead of appreciating the helluva game we played in a very physical game against one of the best teams (especially defensively) in the league, have fun blasting them for playing at a distinct disadvantage.
Only on errant 3s, early in games He gives out love too Bill Worrell>"Josh hits a 3. Cold blooded 3 for Josh Smith, 21 pts equaling season hi w/ Houston" Josh hit that 3 with Noah-beatch in his grill
Bulls killed us on defence and gave us 0 space in the final qtr. Great game, just couldn't get over the line in the end which I'll take that as a loss on the road to a good side. (with all their players which is unusual for the Bulls). Just a frustrating result given our last 4 or 5 games (Heat the exception). We'll get them next month in Houston. Only thing I couldn't understand is why play Smith in the final 5 or so min??? Should've been DMo. Smiths becoming a liability (if he already isn't).
I mean I agree with that. Josh Smith should be banned from ever taking a shot outside of 18 feet (or outside of 14 unless he's WIDE open). But it's not even just that -- Worrell friggin loses his **** every time Josh makes a bad pass or does anything questionable. I get it, he can be frustrating to watch, and I am/was doubtful about him adding value to this team, but damn, give him a chance...
Yep, we played a good game against a good team. Shame the refs had to butt in between it, but if they play this way they should win their next batch of games and play OKC with some momentum. I just hope the refs decide to screw the other teams above us every now and then too.
