I'm not his biggest backer by any means but you also have to give him some credit for the way the team played and stuck together earlier in the year when it seemed like everyone was going down except The Beard, Ariza and DMo. This team has had several different lineup changes with new players to boot, so you have to be at least a little patient with the results. The New Orleans game was pathetic but the team did respond and played hard versus the Heat. So the players obviously listened to him, we'll see how the chemistry of the team comes along but I think Bickerstaff has done a good job also.
Should we give people credit for taking care of their kids as well? Unbelievable how low the standards and expectations are around here. McFail is one of the worst coaches in the league.
