The fact that the Rockets organization even contemplated starting Josh Smith over Dmo says enough about the management of this team for me to have absolutely no confidence in them. There is no "hindsight is 20/20" here. Josh Smith flat out sucks dick.
It's amazing what dmo brings to the starters by just swinging the ball quickly and being active. Haven't even mentioned scoring. With Dwight in loaf mode this is essential.
Ariza and Beverly are jacking up too many bad 3's. We need to start playing smarter, we can get those 3's at any time. Move the ball and try for a good shot. They shoot 3's as if they are Allen and Curry.

I think the only reason Beverly looked so much better the past 2 years was due to the fact that our other pg was Jeremy Lin. We definitely need to upgrade the position to someone who can take pressure off Harden and feed the post.
