    No, coaches don't count toward the cap. But we're kidding ourselves if we think McHale is getting fired anytime soon. It would take missing the playoffs for his job to be at risk. Les' pride and unwillingness to give McHale a 13 mil payoff will prevent any coaching change.

    They could not really have played worse.

    McHale needs to REALLY open up the rotation. The worse it gets the more restricted he seems to get.

    Is Josh Smith hurt? Okay, he didn't have a good first qtr but see if he can bounce back. Put in Canaan. Try some new things.

    Maybe 2nd 1/2 will be better... Harden likes to play Hero ball (well I don't know if he likes it..) but it's the only thing that works, haha

    Same thing happening again just new season. I think his talents would be better served being a big-man coach. A successful NBA career doesn't always translate into a successful coaching career - Clyde can cosign on that.

    This team hasn't shown anything to suggest they even want to play tonight.

    No defensive rotations. Offense is total crap. Harden looks like he is losing interest. Howard, Ariza and Bev are horrible. Smith is a joke right now. Three point shooting is a joke! Can't rely on three point shooting when we shooting below league average as a team.

    One of the worst halves of basketball I've seen this year. We need to run plays so desperately. Our guys have no idea what to do when they are out there. The one guy who is finishing (D-Mo) barely gets the ball. WTF is the coaching staff doing?

    The chemistry of this team has been completely destroyed. In time the new additions may make this team better, but right now the team seems lost. I may be wrong, but it seems things went south when Papanikolaou dropped out of the rotation. It certainly doesn't help that Ariza and Terry have completely dropped off the face of the earth offensively since early in the season. I miss the early part of the season when the Rockets were running up 20 and 30 point leads. Hope they can find away to get back on track.

    The team is only as smart as the coach and this coach can't even stand on the sideline to try an get some fire in this team.

    Pelicans have beaten some good teams. 2nd Half should say alot about the Rockets. More Josh Smith i expect? Not in foul trouble?
