for once, McHale's battlecry of play harder is the truth of it....

 

OK people. I know I'm new on the boards here, but some of you are too quick to trash McHale and some of the players. Don't abandon ship after two bad games.

Yes, it was painful to see the first team squander what the second team worked so hard to do (erase an 18-point deficit and give us the momentum). And the turnovers! 20 more tonight. We shall overcome!

I don't get why he's being rewarded. It's like Schaub being given that nice contract by the Texans, but WHY??? How can Morey be so brilliant and yet so dumb.

 

There's also the fact that we were playing basketball against real wizards, you guys. They are experienced magic-users that should never be underestimated. Lesson learned.

 

I seen the game already. Howard pointed the first finger when he got mad at Harden for not boxing out Beal. Beal out hustle Howard for the rebound. While he was barking at Harden , Beal was left wide open for one of his many three pointers.

I've also seen Smith telling Harden to cut through on a few plays tonight and last night.

 

Lol, a sense of desperation. How about give them some good plays to run instead of this mass disorganization and free-wheeling.

 

Because you're new so you might not know, but no one is "too quick" to trash McHale.

OK. We've seen Josh Smith for three games and he sure looks better off the bench. Maybe it's something psychological with him about starting. I just think he's looked so out of sync with the other starters that it affects the offensive flow.

I like D-Mo starting over Smith. D-Mo seems to know where to be on offense. He gets us more offensive boards and put-backs.

Smith has talent. McHale and staff need to find the right fit for him.

 

DMo knows where to be because he has been on the team all year.

I actually like having DMo off the bench because I believe he gives us scoring off the bench. But they don't utilize him correctly in my opinion.

 

Everyone needs to calm the hell down. Josh Smith has literally been with the team for 4 days. 4 DAYS! Give him and the team some time to gel.

My friend who is a John Wall and Bulls fan said the refs were BSin the Rockets in the end.

^ Not sure why Corey lost the pass from Terry here. Harden is back in the lane, but Ariza is the only one that ran to help in transition against Wall, Beal, and Gortat. Dwight is at the free throw line by the time Gortat elevates; too late.

First group play like crap, second group play great, same coach same system...
Maybe yes, one group of player play hard like they care, the other did not.
