Long 3 pointers produce long rebounds

We have to stop pointing fingers and worrying about minutes. We have to stick together. But Dwight was talking in a lot of generalities. I want to know who this "we" is.

The free throw disparity is because the Rockets kept fouling them at the end of the game in order to get the ball back. The reason the Wizards won was because they made nearly every one of them and we....well, let's just say we missed a few more than they did.

But in all seriousness, the free throw issue needs to be addressed. It's arguably cost us these last 2 games(that and TOs).

Except that this wasn't a specific problem before Smith. Yea starters call each other out, but they never talked about it to the media before and showed the demeanor they did tonight.

Fine, but that's partly on him. He stood there with the game on the line and didn't go after the ball when the Wizards coughed it up. That allowed them to get it back and find Pierce for a wide open 3 that was the difference in the game.

Ha...now THAT is hilarious. On average, how many of thse LONG rebounds do you think he secures. Perhaps he should position himself permanently at the FT line being that we shoot more 3's than anyone.

21 turnovers will kill a team damn every time. Have to take care of the ball better. Limit all the bone headed TO's , we win both of these games.

Free throws will always be this team Achilles heel when you have Howard, Jones, DMo, Dorsey and now Smith.

The we is him. I remember him getting on Harden in the 1st when Beal out hustle him for a rebound, then nailed a corner 3. He was too busy getting on Harden for not boxing out. All the while Beal splashes in a wide open 3. Howard should have went with Beal on that play. Lol thus the we comment.

Maybe it's best that the Rockets are a lower seed b/c they aint winning at home anyway.

I'd like to see McHale try Jet, Canaan, Brewer, KPap, and DMo together for a little run. We were playing better when Dwight was out because of those guys and their hustle.

All? No. The starters not trusting each other and Howard actually coming and saying they were pointing fingers at each other (openly) to the media makes it quite the coincidence.

the 1st half is on right now, watch the demeanor.

Howard is lazy and soft ass. Highest salary, lowest effort.

Seriously tho, I want ask Mchair wHY the hell PaPa was not playing? hes a decent passer, good play maker and can also play some D, he should take some Arzia's minutes.. 0 minute for PaPa is just unacceptable. His entrypass is 10 times better than PB and Arzia. He should be on the court with Dwight, they had good chemistry with each other.

Better defense, more ball movement, And winning tough games without Dwight. McHale needs to unglue the guys off the bench that was helping us win games and Dwight needs to buy in. It's not a coincidence that players refer to him as soft.

Freethrows were a factor, but being a Rockets fan, you gotta expect 9 missed FTs/game. We missed 15 against the Spurs. Main issue tonight was 3PTs. We shot them poorly AND Wizards shot them great. Fatigue could've been a factor as the starters played poorly and the bench did great.

I was surprised many posters seemed to shrug off the Spurs loss, then deem WAS as an easy recovery. Did they not realize the Wizards are good and we're 2nd night of a B2B:confused:
