should let Josh run the frist unit with Dwight, and let PaPa run the second unit with Dmo, Brewer can back up Ariza and Harden.

The contract of kostas is not guaranted. Rockets will not even Trade him. They will simply stop his contract and he will have to return to europe. And very soon

I'm sure the Rockets gave him 4.8 millions to let him leave now. On the other hand, since he isn't getting any minutes, shouldn't you stop posting here?

He did not look good the two games he played after coming back from injury.

We'll see what we have with all our new guys and then slowly bring back Papa. The good play of Brewer is keeping Kostas on the bench.

We miss his body and ball movement, we are too predictable now.

Another mistake by McHale. Ariza has not played less than 30 mins once this season. Even after acquiring all that depth Ariza has logged 40 mins and 37 mins the last two games (with Brewer in the mix). Cutting back Ariza's mins to 30-32 mins per game would do his body and shot wonders. No reason why we can't find Kpap 5-8 mins every game at the SF position.

Him playing last night might have a made a huge difference. He would have been a great perimeter defender and make intangible plays on both ends.

Corey Brewer and Josh Smith are taking all of KPaps minutes.

That said, when Kpap came back from his MCL knee strain he didn't seem totally back. It was almost like the Rockets rushed him back a bit.

I think it could be a blessing in disguise that he is shut out of minutes right now so his knee gets extra time to heal.

where is papa, i didn't see him several games now, should he be backing up ariza or harden? We can use his passing very much, is the lineup supposed to be a nine man rotation with Harden, Howard, Bev, Ariza, Jsmith starting and Dmo, Papa, Terry, Brewer backing them up?

His contract is now guaranteed throughout the year. Waiving him would be stupid. With the non-guaranteed 2nd year, his contract at the very least is excellent for trade purposes this year.

    THAT BEING SAID:

I don't think we've seen the last of Papa on the basketball court. He was very good for the Rockets before he got injured. What I'd like to see happen is more time on the court at the 3/4, move Brewer to the 2 more, and less minutes for Terry who can't stay in front of a senior citizen in line at Luby's for the blue plate special.

Brewer is skinny enough to run the point at times despite his height. He and Papa can actually play at the same time with no penalty since Papa has the ability to create as well.
