Yeah... FT shooting sucked too! I hope for better , but you're right FT shooting is by far a big problem...

 

Then you have to hate watching DMO every time a shot goes up and he stays feet planted to the floor and watches the shot ALL THE WAY to the basket....makes no effort to position/block out for a rebound.

Agreed TO's (24) and FT shooting(18/32) will beat you most every time.

I'm gonna pull a Dame Lillard and say they lost 7 out of their last 10 games and the played like a desperate, hungry team.

Seriously though, if the Toyota Center ever gets that loud we will never lose a home game.

 

Spurs got it done today after losing six straight to the Rockets. It happens on to the next game. Spurs have the Grizz on Tuesday. Rockets better be ready for the Wizards, no time to dwell on this game.

He is taking responsibility, he is even more of a SUPERSTAR in my eyes...that is how you do it James.

Learn from it, and go out and kill the Wizards tomorrow.

In fact, our team defense is the problem

 

This is where all the new guys have screwed up the chemistry, tonight both Jsmooth and Dwight went up to block a shot leaving Splitter all alone for the put back.

When we had Black or DMo in there, they knew to let Dwight go up and cover the rebound.

That will come with time, we may lose a couple we probably would have won while we work out the chemistry issues.

Harden probably had T-Mac's record in the back of his mind. Only fell short by 2pts too.

Corey Brewer has been playing well above his usual, let's hope it lasts while Smith gets adjusted.

Important to see team try new things other than relying on Harden down the stretch... but having Smith shoot long shots isn't one of them.

The Spurs have the best PA announcer. Dude knows how to get the fans out of there seats.

Pretty much. Every year, everyone forgets about the Spurs and every year they make this run. They can just turn it on when they want and rest when they want. They know how to win because they are winners.

Yeah. I sat right next to Harden's mom. She is adorable and a huge Rockets fan. She was yelling at Tony Brothers during the Hawks game because they didn't call a foul on Harden and she screamed bad call. Tony walked up to her and said what did you say? She said that was a bad call and he responded you need to stop telling stories at Christmas like she was some old crazy lady. Screw Tony Brothers. He knows who she is.
