I want that poster to expand. He says we have a bad coach and that's why we lose. We have the same coach as last year. I assume he thinks we will lose because of him again this year in the playoffs.

I disagree with him. Also, I don't think you know what that word means.

Not worried: turnovers + point guards not hitting open 3s + missed free throws

Agreed. This forum gets pretty damn insufferable sometimes.

It was a close game yet guys like H&H played reasonable minutes so there is that...
But we do need another play maker and we can't rely on Harden ISO, especially against quality teams in the playoff.

Spurs is a good measuring stick. Tonight's game shows we are talented but there are a lot of work to be done for this team to be successful in the post season. On the other hand, the Spurs are like a well oiled machine beating us with less talents.

We need more offense if you ask me.

Brewer might not be as good defensively, but he's more than a suitable replacement in the starting lineup.

5/13 for 15 points. Is that what you consider great?

Texans needed a small miracle to begin with. At least Watt finished with 20+ sacks.

    Crap game

Horrible turnovers and missed FTs... smh

have you seen Ariza's game log?

In what world does one above average shooting night make up for his aids shooting this year?

Btw, didn't understand the decision of ending the game with Dmo, specially with Spurs playing Bonner at PF. It was predictable that would cost us some threes, and it did.

It's ok. Bad game by the Rockets with 47 TOs., with McHale, Harden misguided/unfortunated, whatever.

I move on and give the team some time to gel, to practice, to look sharper and better prepared for the war. By March, we will be whatever we are.

Oops. And don't like to say that, but Im watching more and more like Harden's defensive habits go back to worryng levels.

R-E-L-A-X. ......this was a mix of guys having an off night and josh smith still figuring out his roll (only 2nd game)

Only Howard and harden had a good game. The other 3 starters shot 18-46. Lol, and we were still close.

We will figure it out, we have a great team. Good job brewer, wish we had won just for him.

    Go Rockets!

I can't comment on a bad move on one dribble-move from 1 player without being stamped "anti-rocket". Please. You are boring me.

This was the first game that I totally attribute the loss to coaching mistakes. Number of strategic mistakes was epic. Pop outcoached us tonight. All that said there are numerous threads on spurs forums screaming for his head. Here is one of the fire Popovich threads: http://www.spurstalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94057
Funny how for a certain percentage of people the grass is always greener on the other side. Hopefully Mchale can learn from his mistakes this day.

He also has smart players. Duncan, Parker, Manu and even Leonard. There role players are smart, high IQ players. They have a system and they buy into it. They work every play to find the open man with the best shot and they take it.
