Feel like Josh Smith took 5-6 too many shots, but overall he had a solid game. Made up for the ****ty offensive performance Howard had today and he came up big with those offensive rebounds in OT.

    Big win.

He just doesnt look confident. I still think he can still contribute. Not every recent acquisition can come out and play like they have been a rocket for 3 years. Brew and Smith have had almost impossibly good debuts.

I didn't get to watch the game, can someone give me the negatives and positives?

Why did Smith take so many shots? Did we legit go to him as a option in offensive sets?

How come DMO and Dwight got so few touches?

Why didn't Pap or Terry get a lot of minutes? You would think McHale would balance some minutes out to get a bench unit together.

Great game! Smith needs to not shoot 3s, but besides that his game is very nice.

There was really only two shots from smith i didn't like. One three and one long jumper. The post ups on Vince carter was the right play.

Great game but Ariza and Harden still played too much, but we were down and trying to win so I get it. But wasn't one of the main reasons why we got Brewer Shved and Smith was so that they didn't play as much.

Or we could have subbed in the best rebounding center in the league along with one of the best shotblocking PF's in the league when we were up 100-91 with 3:30 left, but nah small ball iz the solution, right McHale?

Smith may get a little too happy shooting wise but you got to give him credit on his defense also

And I kinda blame Mchale. It looked like he was giving him too much responsibility too early. Rockets were up 2 in regulation with a minute or so left and Mchale dials up a play for Josh instead of leading MVP candidate James "my step back is an act of terrorism" Harden.

To be fair to Smith, we have no other player on this team...not named Canaan that is, that can face up and create their own shot. So I think a lot of times we are going to see Smith ISO because off ball players will just pass it to him in emergency mode.

Smith with more shots that Harden. That could be a problem going forward. But winning cures all.

The best part is had it not gone into overtime, Harden would've only played 36 minutes which is solid.
