Nope. Can't imagine it, keep getting interrupted by nightmares of Rubio trying to shoot anywhere on the court.
Bev is great, but we do need a secondary passer. There will be a lot more pressure on Harden in the playoffs. I am sure he can handle it much better now, but another playmaker who can shoot/defend would be very useful. The coaching staff want to see if Shved can play that role to some extent.
We need another perimeter playmaker. It's mind-boggling and hilarious that some don't see it. plus McHale said SOON. SOON mother****ers.
Shved is unproven at the NBA level. A perimeter player apart from Harden is needed. Smith, Brewer and even K-Pap can help, but it is not enough.
Harden has gotten exhausted in many games, despite his great and valiant play. The season is very long, and even right now his hamstring bothers him at times on the court. Having an additional perimeter playmaker/shooter is needed, IMHO. I hope Shved can be helpful for us.
I guess you're content with regular season success, as that's all the Rockets have succeeded at since the 1990's. We don't want to lose to Portland again.
It is disingenuous to suggest that this the same team that lost to Portland in the post season last year.
I know it's just one game, but Smith looked like he belonged. If he can keep it up, I wouldn't mind offering up DMo so long as we get a quality big back from a 3rd team.
Smith is a one year rental. We cannot give up D-Mo without knowing whether or not T-Jones is able to come back and what condition he is able to return to. I personally hope that our Pelican pick is valuable enough that we can flip it and Canaan+Capela for Dragic.
Totally agree - it's uncomfortable to think about but I honestly think we may have reach the point where we don't need to touch this roster...One game not knowing the office but looking completely comfortable out there. Brewer looking like he's been with us all season. I think Bev is the answer at the 1 for this team even if Dragic is a better player.
Until he re-signs or extends, I am not banking on him staying. If we win all the way or go really deep, I will be more hopeful he stays.
