I'm not sure you can turn a hoe into a housewife but the bell should help.

I gave my girl a ring, and various other smaller things...

Tip: If you want more/better Christmas gifts, be more specific. Women typically are better at communicating exactly what they want, so they get what they want. When guys leave it up to us to guess what you want, we usually tend to go with the more practical & boring items- razors, socks, etc

My dad is a simple man. Asks for nothing. Collects nothing, so all we get him is a variety of candy. I always tell him I wish he collected something like gnomes or wood ducks. Would make shopping for him easier.
My brother is pretty good about giving me 5 different options of what to get him, so I usually spend more on him than I do my dad.

I disagree. For many, Christmas is about giving and receiving. When its watered down to gift cards and generic stuff, it takes the meaning away from the gift. At what point do we start exchanging $100.00 bills? When I get a gift from someone and I really like it and its unexpected, it reminds me they really know me.

Women often enjoy this time of year due to the nature of shopping. They are creative and thoughtful. For them, this isn't a chore.

Men on the other hand find this a very painful chore. We see in the terms of $$$/cost over sentimental value. We often over spend to make it look like we put effort into it.

However I agree its hard to buy for a 'boring' person.

Didn't receive anything for Christmas and gave out a bunch of gifts instead. Really, the gift of giving was enough for me. It was a lot of fun watching people open their presents.

Also, I bought myself an Xbox One on Black Friday, so that's good enuff :p

This is quite possibly the single most untrue statement in the history of male-female relationships.

i love the christmas spirit but i chose to not participate in the gift giving part a few years ago. therefore no time is wasted looking for the perfect gift and everyone is hurt equally. and besides, everyone in my family has enough. we all have too much ****.

Gave my girl a Keurig, griddle, asics running shoes and some bluerays.

She game me A50 wireless headset, jaybirds, a few things to upgrade my shotgun(tactical stock, forend, rails, shell holder), Bluerays(The Departed, Casino, Goodfellas) and a few gift cards one for Gander for $200.

I told her she over did it but I paid her back by eating her out for 1 hr and gave her a few orgams.

I would think any man would put his wife and kids happiness over his own. If they're happy then I'm happy. That's the best gift I can ever receive, and it's yr round (not just at Christmas). Have never even thought about complaining.
