Chris Bosh made the right choice. He has the extra guaranteed money now and will be on the Rocket via trade at the deadline.
You can only assume thats why. You can't say for sure thats why. fans that have followed him has said his offense is terrible, and he can't shoot and jacks up a lot of 3s. which will be frustrating if he can't make them being on a team with people who can make the 3. We have no idea what we're going to get, all we're guaranteed at this point is good defense. nothing else.

So... Parsons + Bosh for 35+ million Or Ariza, Brewer + Smith for 16 million? TBH I think Morey did pretty damn good for his circumstance, getting Smith for 2 million was PURE luck though, not really from Morey's genius.
