Hawks trying their best to choke the game away but the Clippers won't take it. In the NFL, prevent defenses kill teams. In the NBA, prevent offenses do the same. You have to continue doing what got you the lead in the first place.
OKC is the real threat, I want them to lose as many games as possible. There's still a crazy outside chance that they miss the playoffs.
The Blazers either make their shots or don't really... when OKC just got in their face that rim looked a little tighter. Lets see if they get extremely clutch as time winds down.
Lillard is no elite superstar for sure. He's failing to really carry his team like elite stars do. I'd put Lilliard behind a lot of players right now, he's clutch as hell though. That team is LMA's, if he's on they are really hard to stop. Lillard just hits tough contested back breaking threes, occasionally drives but his game are those threes really.
As much as I would want the Suns and OKC to keep losing, I hate the Mavs and Blazers, so they need to lose.
man a mavs loss would be great. they struggled to win against a spurs team with no starters playing, getting blown out against the hawks, and now hopefully the suns get to pull this one out.

Liliard is an elite scorer. He can score 25+ with ease if he wants to. If you think all he does is shoot 3s, you don't watch him enough. He has really improved his finishing ability around the rim, hence a jump in his fg%. What he needs to do to make his entire game elite is improve his playmaking (make the game easier for his guys) and defense. The PG position is tough, you can't be hiding when you face the opposing PGs (Steph Curry does this too; he rarely guards the opposing best PG).
I just noticed the Sixers came from behind and beat Miami. Anybody watching and can explain what happened? The Heat were up over 20 in the 2nd half and I wrote the game off.
How important is Lebron really? He left the Cavs and they became a bottom feeder. He left the Heat and now they are going that route, just lost to the worst team in the league at home.
Heat aren't bottom feeders. Closer to .500/average/mediocre. Still firmly in the playoff picture. Want bottom feeders? See: Minnesota, New York, Philadelphia, Detroit
