I still feel we should push for blesode if Phoenix is hogging the dragon and yes I will carry DMo on my back to Arizona for that.
lmao DMo isn't going anywhere. If Josh Smith decides to come, it'll just be virtually for chump change and one of Dorsey/Black would be gone. It's a super big Christmas gift to the Rockets. Can't be more excited. Smith at worst is still an elite defender who can play the 3 and 4 and dramatically improves the Rockets. He's making Papa or Brewer expendable, that's all. He may just be a half season rental but we need that ring NOW!
Huh? Who said anything about conspiracy? There's no timetable, yes. But there is an ENORMOUS GULF between saying "no timetable" and "career in jeopardy". I don't know if Terrence is going to be back in January, February or March. As you said, it depends how the nerve heals. But at some point, especially with the medical technology at the NBA's disposal, he IS going to heal. And he's already doing strengthening drills and some on-court basketball activities, FWIW. If it's career threatening, can you please show me a single instance of a similar nerve injury (i.e. unrelated to chronic instability elsewhere, such as Nash's back) that ended a professional athlete's career? Thanks in advance.
Exactly, this is a real serious injury. If the nerve injury lingers (like it has been),it only makes the recovery worse. I'm worried it could turn into the whole season easily, or even longer...
If the Rockets get Josh Smith, it might make it easier for them to "wait out" the Suns on Dragic. The longer the Suns hold onto Dragic, the less leverage they get. If Morey bides time, he might he able to nab Dragic without giving up DMo OR the NOP pick at the Feb trade deadline. Dragic is giving the Suns every reason to trade him with his comments.
