Bad taste still with the Rockets after that heart breaking lost in the playoffs. IF this team is not ready play from the start of the game then it is on them. No excuse for not coming out and taking care of business at home enough with bad play on the home court. Rockets by 8.

The Rockets need to be at their best to beat Portland.

Even with Lopez out, hasn't really slowed them down.
Tough game this one, hoping the boys are up to it and show us what they're made of!

Dang. Any more recent updates? I doubt Harden will sit but Dwight with a hurt shoulder is obviously worrying.

You're asking me why is it worrying that one of our top 2 players is injured in the same shoulder that severely hampered his play for 2 seasons?

Man, what happened to this team? All it took was 2 home losses (and a looming 3rd loss here) to deflate any expectations for this team. All the upside we thought we had from that strong start...is gone. They desperately need a huge win.

Holy crap, our schedule crossing into the New Year is tough!!!

We better start re-gelling with people coming back and everyone get homed in real tight, 'cause the slightest stretch of mediocrity is going to make us plummet in the standings.

REALLY GOOD TEAM: Mon, Dec 22 vs Portland
REALLY GOOD TEAM: Fri, Dec 26 @ Memphis
REALLY GOOD TEAM: Sun, Dec 28 @ San Antonio
REALLY GOOD TEAM: Mon, Dec 29 vs Washington
EASY WIN: Wed, Dec 31 vs Charlotte
GOOD TEAM: Fri, Jan 2 @ New Orleans
GOOD TEAM: Sat, Jan 3 vs Miami
REALLY GOOD TEAM: Mon, Jan 5 @ Chicago
REALLY GOOD TEAM: Wed, Jan 7@ Cleveland

Haha. I don't think there's anything you or I could on an internet message do to help (or hurt) Dwight's game. Anyway, apologies if I sounded like an arse. I just don't want our guys to get hurt!

As for this game, we need it. Two losses in a row and the last loss wasn't really excusable. Yes, the Hawks are really good but so are we. We were playing at home on good rest so we should have won. Same goes for tonight, so I'd like to see us come out and execute in the first half like we did in the second half of Saturday's game.

I hope they both go tonight. They don't have to play til Friday, so there's plenty of time to rest.

The key will be PF. If DMo can limit Aldridge, we'll win. Average games from Brewer and Terry would help because our starters need a break.
