    4th Q end:

Had our chances. Got in the foul game late. Had opportunities to spread the game in the 4th, didn't do it.

    First half, them shooting well?

No, we were poor defensively. They were getting layups, cutting, driving, we weren't very good defensively in the first half.

(2 question post-game presser? COME ON!)

Anyone have a gif or video of that Jason Terry traveling call?

GIFs of other bad calls welcome too, but I specifically wanted to take another look at that Terry call

But boy, this ATL team is more Spurs-like than SAS right now.

That's good coaching from Budenholzer to get the whole team playing the same way in the 1st half--getting lay-up after lay-up.

I don't understand why it took us the halftime to get the defense to adjust to what ATL was doing. Even the TC crowd was groaning at every lay-up ATL got.

Well you have a point and that is something he needs to correct. Sometimes a coach needs to do that when the officials are being so blatantly bias. It puts more light on the refs screw ups. Screw paying the fine. Sometimes you have to make a point.

Playoff games have normally tied ends. You can't expect to win easy always. If you want to win a championship you gotta be able of competing and winning this kind of games. Please, don't name Denver and Sacto wins cause those are not our opponents in the West.

Problem with the Rockets is that they really look like the less prepared team in these games. Weaker, softer and more inconsistent, ofensively and defensively.

Normally this is very related with well coached - not that well coached/prepared teams.

I don't think i've ever complained about officiating on clutchfans however the calls made this game were just consistently turrible particularly in the fourth quarter. If flopping can be fined so should extremely bad calls by referees.

this loss wasnt on anyone but tony brothers. he's the game mvp. hawks took advantage of that, rockets started the first half slow then kept going on runs int he 2nd half.

hawks are a daam good passing team. the benefits of an actual playbook, i hope once this team gets healthy the full playbook will be revealed

43 of the 86 FGA were 3pt shots. That's not going to get it done.

Now there is a good idea. Fine the refs for terrible blown calls. I don;t think they could afford the fines tonight for all the things they screwed us on.

Maybe if the Rockets didn't allow a layup drill in the first quarter we wouldn't have to resort to blaming the refs for this one. We were terrible defensively early on.

None of that matters because the game was 90-90 when the refs took over.

It does matter. This team wouldn't have to claw back from 16 down if the effort was there in the first half. Refs will mess up and you can't expect them to bail you out.

1-2 since Dwight returned, even the Denver win wasn't pretty, we aren't gelling.

What you can bet on is for the refs to make mistakes. Their jobs as players is to bring the effort from beginning to end. They didn't.

Bigger issue at hand though is Harden needs help. We desperately need another playmaker.
