Wonderful day for us Rox fans, we get to look at Schved as a potential fit, and Brewer is a nice backup SG too.

Now juggling all the playing time is going to be a problem but a good one to have.

That is too much to give up. That's a trade for Horford type player. Take out Pap and have only one of Jones or Canaan.

 

I have no idea what to think on schved. Oddly enough, I think he may be a good locker room guy, especially with our mix of international players, but to ship him out right after budding that chemistry in 2 months will just reinforce the stereotype that morey is just dealing assets constantly...

But for dragic. It seems like a No brainer.

 

I'm fine with Johnson sitting on the end of the bench for now. He shows real flashes of potential but I would rather have someone a bit more polished out there each night. I'm fine with Johnson getting a real shot at consistent pt next year

For someone who is 160 pounds, he is fearless.

 

One thing to keep in perspective, regardless of whether or not you like Brewer of Shved as players, is that they will be providing the Rockets with invaluable minutes. Meaning Harden and Ariza will become more effective when they are in the game, and fresher throughout the season and on into the playoffs.

 

As long as he has the beard...

All i know is Morey has setup the roster now with enough salary to make a much, much bigger deal at the deadline.

I will be shocked if Shved is still a Rocket come February 20th.

Brewer, Terry, and Papanikolaou.....???? Its anyone's guess, but I'd some at probably 2 of those guys will be thought of as pieces to a major trade here in a few weeks.

 

He reminds me of cross between Manu Ginoboli and Rex Chapman

 

Haven't watched a ton of him but I know he got very few minutes on the 76ers so it probably means he's good (tankers) . He's big, long, and active at breaking down defenses and if he gets playing time he'll have lots of weapons to choose from in terms of bigs and 3pt shooters. He'll also probably get better looks at the 3 so I expect him to get slightly better in that department.

 

He looks to be a clear upgrade over Johnson. He probably goes back to the D-league.
