Naw, I work out with two plates. Max at two plates and 25s, more when I'm really on it. She strong tho.
I'm almost there. I do a 45/35/5 on each side. I didn't even know I could do that much. I was underestimating myself. One time all benches were full and I asked to work out with this dude I know. Asked me if I could do it (205) and I said "f it, I'll try" and bust out five reps like it was nothing. Got up and people were like "nice dude" and chick next to us started smiling. Felt like a king lifting that 205 lol.
Holy crap, I thought you weren't suppose to lift like that? And what happened to all the way up and down? She "might" have bent her elbows a little bit there...that's about it. Weird what gets folks worked up now a days...
I thought there'd be a stronger reason for the powerlifting back arch other than to decrease the range of motion. I thought it looks like it creates the angle for a decline bench, which everyone knows you can pump more on.
She is definitely strong for her age and sex but it would have been more impressive, IMO, to see her bench 240 lbs with her back firmly on the bench.
Would smash. It's ok bro's, I'm 17. Although i'm pretty she'd be the one smashing me, and not the other way around. (Sorry for poor quality reference) <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/2fmTxKAru50" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
