Can you blame us if the Rockets' games have more drama and are way more exciting? Harden with his MVP performances? Dwight's knee drama game to game? DMo's coming-out party? Why would we want to waste time on DAL games?

I prefer Ariza over Parsons due to contract, but the major difference is the 2P FG%, Ariza is at 40% while Parsons is at 50%. Parsons' creating ability is great but I like the upgrade at defense. Just wish Ariza could finish at the rim. Playing with another limited player in Bev, and Ariza's 38 MPG, don't help either. Anybody ever wonder what this team would look like with both Ariza & Parsons? Still wish we signed both.
This was never a possibility. Simply because both Parsons and Ariza are starters looking to get paid like starters. Backup SFs aren't collecting contracts the sizes of what these two received over the summer. Let's be logical here.
There was a possibility that both could start with one being the PF, probably Parsons (since he is a little beefier). Kind of like the 2009 Magic team with Lewis and Hedo. Their minutes would have to be cleverly scattered though. While starting as PF, Parsons would have to get more of his minutes playing SF too with Ariza playing SG sometimes too. I believe it could have worked out well. But salaries, it's no question Ariza was the better deal. Parsons is a nice player but he isn't 15M/year nice. But I do miss his finishing ability in transition and his slashing. Our offense is pretty black and white with our only options being Howard/Dmo post up or "Bail-Us-Out" Harden ISO. Getting Brewer will help since he does what we are missing from Parsons. Jones too, since he is a good cuter and excellent finisher. Tired of watching Black get the offensive rebound and throw up bricks for layups. Tired of this whole team missing easy baskets!
