    Ainge waited far too long if that's the best he can do. Rondo isn't as valuable as he once was, but that's an embarrassingly bad "haul" for him.

    His defense is not really there anymore and he isn't a threat to shoot outside of 5 feet or so. He fits better with Dallas than Houston, but he's by no means a world beating talent.

    Wow that offer is pretty laughable, but if thats whats getting Ainge on the table then Morey needs to make sure DMo never gets mentioned.

    Maybe there is more issues with Rondo physically than anyone knows. If he goes for that cheap then something is up I would think. Ainge cannot be that stupid.

    The first rounder will be late in the draft.

    Wright is going to be a free agent and only plays 18 minutes a night.


    Now if THAT is the best offer.... you can figure out what Morey is offering.

    My guess is any offer is centered around Eddie Griffin and Royce White.

    Houston wants no part of this other than to be the 3rd team in the deal where Morey can get a good player in return (Bass or Green) for peanuts.

    Let Dallas and the Lakers wage war. Morey could be getting in on the deal and come out with a 1st Rounder, a 2nd Rounder, or a good player.
