Seeing how tried Ariza and Harden are....sure would be nice to get Pap back, or a trade for wing depth. I supposed Rondo handling the ball would make less work for Harden too

No rules against it, technically they can't agree to it before, but would be hard to prove.
Either way, that's not happening, he's not going back to Boston on a rebuilding team when he can get the same money from a contender of his choice.

No way the Mavs beat the Rockets in a bidding war unless they are also trading Parsons.

Or unless Ainge just wants to stick it to Morey. I'm guessing this is just the Dallas Media getting all excited again, reporting a deal that could have already been declined. Dallas media gets a little excited at times, they really thought they had a shot at a big name FA...lol..

They really don't have the assets to win in a Rondo auction.

If the Mavericks are willing to throw in two #1's, they certainly do have the assets.

Not really. Those are some low #1's. Our New Orleans pick trumps Dallas's first rounder automatically.

Ainge is a thief, he won't trade Rondo unless he fleeces the other team. Cuban and the Mavs are the perfect team for this, let them give up 1st round picks and good young players to acquire him. Rondo will be a solid acquisition for the Mavs to go along with Chandler Dud's $15 million a year contract.

Rockets are good at PG, I will take P-Bev and Canaan over Rondo, everyday and twice on a Tuesday.

The Knicks putting everybody on the trading block except Melo and they're in the running for Rondo. You think the Knicks have the right pieces to get Rondo?

2 late round picks? The Pelicans Pick trumps both of them combined

Boston has a bunch of picks from unloading KG and Pierce, and late first round picks can always be had towards the draft. It's all about quality over quantity, and Dallas can't come close to our NOP pick.

T Jones, NO Pick, Johnson/Black/or a future 2nd should get it done considering Dallas doesn't have **** to offer.

Parsons can not be traded. That was one of the big reasons we did not match. Cuban is STUCK with Parsons. I think Rondo will go to LA or NYC. Houston has no chance or reason to pick him up. It would be stupid of us to trade DMO or beverly to get this guy. If anything we trade any of our picks such as Capella, Nick Johnson, NewOrleans pick, Canaan and either Black or Dorsey. Our Starting Lineup is very set and should stay the way it is. Our bench is what needs to be bolstered. Dragic could be had for cheaper and is exactly who we need. I think that article came out because we need the Suns to realize that we are probably giving them the best offer.
If they don't bite they rosk letting Dragic walk away for nothing while we trade with Boston.
