    Would've been fine with either, but much happier with the offensive minded/quarterback whispering Tom Herman. I'd be even more pumped if he keeps Gibbs on the staff.

    Just hire the coach from Katy. I'm sure he would evacuate to UH for around 250,000 per year.

    FootballScoop: Houston could play out tonight/tomorrow. We check with sources, what are you hearing, what are you hearing. It's kinda gone quiet. Tom Herman is a great fit. He won the Broyles this year. Scores points on points on points on points. Former OC at Rice. I don't think they're only looking at coordinators. There could be another guy. We'll see. Houston, if it's one or two of the guys I'm hearing, it'll be a dynamite coach and soon.

    First Sampson, now Herman. Our future is so bright in football, basketball and even baseball. If Herman can keep Gibbs, we will finally have our question answered to "what would UH be if they had Gibbs as DC in 2008-2011".

    If Greenberry smart he would stay another year after coming off a bad jr, year. Herman could be the guy who could improve his draft status as a senior.
