Savage has been progressing each drive.

Will be interesting to see if the Texans have a chance at the end of the game.

That's "First game, never thrown an NFL pass, never has practiced with the first team" type stuff.

    Poor guy
He hasn't practiced with any of them, that's painfully obvious

This kid is looking decent.... Considering he's had no reps with the staters.

Timing.... Not being in the same page as the receivers.... Not surprised.

Is the middle of the field off limits? Where is the back in the flat, the TE drag, the slant?

    Quick hitters that can break?

Dang it, this is a winnable game here.

If you were going to go on 4th down you might as well have run foster twice, i dont understand.

    He has.

Will be more interesting to see what he can do with a full week of practice with the first teamers.

Indy isn't winning a SB with this team any time soon.

I like how people keep saying to stop running and let Savage air it out. He can't even make the right reads on where the WR will be going.

He has a nice arm, but he's not ready to start.

A rookie qb in his first real game action who has had minimal if any practice time with the 1st string offense. You can tell his timing is off with Myers, Foster and Hopkins.

    I'll be honest.

Maybe I'm a sick person. Or just a houston sports fan. I thought we were going to score a touchdown on that drive, only for luck to rally them back for the game winning drive.

Well, one positive. Savage looks like a keeper. I think Mallett starting and Savage in the shadows could make for an interesting season next year.
