Why would the warriors trade a highly productive expiring contract to a conference rival and possible contender when they are contending themselves?
Hardaway and Melo are having problems, so we are gonna step in and help the situation.http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=m55ep2t
How much would it cost to get Hardaway and Calderon (maybe Dalembert)on our team and how much would you pay or willing to pay (maybe Canaan and T. Jones/Clint, or DMO)
replace nick jhnson for troy daniels http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=pjuz8r7 Leave an open spot for kirilenko
I won't say that offer is dumb, because that is probably around what NY would demand. But that offer doesn't help us. TJones when healthy is much more important than those players could be to us. That being said, I wouldn't mind trading for those players if we could remove TJ and Canaan from the trade and add in a pick.
I'd be surprised if a WC contender traded with us for all the obvious reasons. It would have to be one of the gutter teams. That leaves the Jazz, Timberwolves, and Lakers and every team in the East.
I really do hope we get our third star soon. There are a lot of vets out there on multi year deals who we could probably get really cheap.
http://www.travelerstoday.com/artic...land-cavaliers-kosta-kofus-nba-trade-news.htm Sounds like the Pistons are trying to move Monroe and Josh Smith! I hope we get Monroe here with the TPE!!! Would be a great addition cause he can backup Dwight and play the 4 as well.
Sometimes I think this was his plan all along. Get the larger deal from the Knicks and then get traded to a contender. Maybe we shouldnt be surprised if he ends up here.
The Knicks are really bad and if somehow Melo becomes available I'm not sure I want him cause I'm so afraid of him clashing with Harden or Dwight
