He probably doesn't practice with the team often. Some stars are like that. I may be wrong but didn't Iverson hardly ever go to practice?

Hey have you guys been at an ethnic church's basketball court?
Is there a rule where you can't curse? maybe Lin is not use to people cursing on the court

Lin needs to hit him with statistics, Kobe's shooting percentages SUCK...he is seriously struggling this year, and needs to take on a facilitator role, more of a team player, because he is the anchor driving that team to the bottom of the ocean, ATM.

you can only facilitate scrubs like hill and lin so much. Kobe needs better teammates to give a damn, right now he's just being dramatic so his fans.. sad as they are.. will feel sorry for him. Don't like him as a player, but can't fault him for not caring about helping out scrubs. that team is absolutely dreadful.

What Kobe is failing to understand is he don't have a Scottie Pippen that gives him the latitude to treat teammates like trash because him and Scottie are just that good. Dude is all alone. Nick has the mouth but he ain't got the game. Scottie had the mouth and the game. And then....MJ was smart enough to have Scottie on his side of the court ALL THE TIME. Not working against him. You never heard MJ jacking up Scottie nor Scottie jacking up MJ. But together they jacked up friend and foe alike.

Nick Young is more like Kobe's Dennis Rodman. A bold, brassy, mouthy player with a funky attitude and one skill that he does really really good. But simply not basketball capable of helping Kobe run the show. Nick talking to Jeremy Lin??? What a joke. Jeremy's too nice to say anything but that was like water off a duck's back. Jeremy ain't going to listen to Nick Young tell him how to deal with Kobe. And Kobe is never going to get Lin to change his demeanor. That's a crock. What Jeremy should do is not say a word but go out there and dominate the ball and freeze out Kobe every time he plays until he is either traded away or Kobe finally figures out no amount of his nasty mouth is going to change things with Jeremy and he changes his approach.

Kobe ain't MJ. Can't get around it. That's why he's out of time and out of teammates and one championship short.

I see nothing wrong here. Urgency is what is needed. Lin does need to grow a pair and be aggressive (but smart). This is just much needed tough love from Kobe to his crappy team. Swaggy cracks me up though.

They need to call up Bruce Bowen and other trash talkers to do some in your face training for J. Lin. It's an asian thing.. the whole passive aggressive stance. He needs to learn or he's gonna be out of a job.

I agree with kobe in the sense that most nba practices are bull****. They just fooling around shooting jumpers or playing a pick up game. You get better when you practice by yourself. Also, you have to get some squats and good mornings but it's hard to those during the season cause of the soreness. That makes you faster, quicker, and stronger but that's another topic.
