Who said that we are trading for anyone ? Team is playing well, half our roster is injured ... I don't expect a trade before the trade deadline.

What cyberx hath wrought with but his speculation.

The Rockets are gelling right now. Maybe even Morey won't mess with that right now, but we'll see.

Kinda like Lillard dominated and destroyed the rockets PGs in the playoffs last year LOL. At least those players will have to finally play some defense if having to check Williams LOL.

Agree his contract is a killer. I would still take him though depending on what they would have to give up for him.

THIS! You guys are killing me with speculation!

I'm sure Morey will make a small move to beef up the front or back court with another veteran BUT if we went with the status quo, I'm fine too.

Like Lillard dominated the Rockets oh so porous defense? It is just not happening much this season. And Bev was hurt.

Well, that would make a lot of sense for the Suns. Would be a very good move for them.

this trade makes sense for both teams, bulls have mirotic ready for more mins, guess suns would then make a play with one of the morris twins later.

Grain of salt taken. But Taj/IT makes a lot of sense for both teams. We would have to offer either DMo or the Pels pick for Goran if that trade is on the table and I don't think I want to give up either one at this time.

The Phoenix locker room must be kinda toxic with that sort of information being shared, this is an "i want that dude gone" type deal, and if noah got injured, wow, pau and mirotic (who is a bad defender by euro standards) would rival the lakers for porous front courts.

Why is everyone so hesitant to give up Dmo? Once Dwight comes back he won't be very effective

    Not true.

DMo is becoming.....I had hoped it would happen here, but thought it unlikely for so long...figured he would be dealt...BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE.

The Rockets invested so much in him and now he's on his way to becoming a top 35 player.

    They will figure it out.

    Top 35? Hell yeah.

Is he going to be number 35? Or 33 or 34?

At this point, I'd like to us find a way to get Garnett using the TPE. Whether it takes multiple deals to get done or not, I think he is the type of hard nosed player who would be good off of the bench for us this year backing up Dwight. I don't know when Jones is coming back and I just don't think Black is going to cut it. DMo, Dwight and KG as a big man rotation would be solid.

Do you think he can be as effective next to Dwight? I feel like he's most effective on low post touches, and needs space.

Personally I don't understand the logic about keeping DMO either if it helps the rockets get the 3rd piece they need.

It is always a 50/50 proposition when it comes to "will player X maintain his level of play?". I will take those odds instead of trading for another player to replace his position where there are more variables to consider - chemistry, ability to learn this system, motor, etc.

I'd imagine his value on the market now to be at least as much as we got for Asik....considering salaries/ability/upside...

He was taken at 20 ....DMo's easily worth the equivalent in value of a top 5 -10 pick now.

I don't believe that there is a toxic locker room, just that Goran is very close with the management and they trust him with this kind of information. How do you think he got them to sign/buyout his younger brother? It's all business and they want to keep him there. I just find it strange that he would talk about it to my friend, but he probably thought it would stay in Slovenia (if it is actually true to begin with) and not get on clutchfans, but I just had to share it with you guys, since I lurk here everyday.
I would give them NOP pick for goran in a second, he could be the missing piece, especially if D-Mo develops in a post defender who could be counted on against LMA types in the playoffs and at the same time figures how to be effective with Dwight on offense (please don't shoot those threes :) ).
I also think Taj Gibson trade makes sense for them (he wants to start), but what do they do with the Morris twins then? Markieff is breaking out and Taj is not much of a floor spacer. On the other hand, they get the best player in the deal and clear up their PG rotation. Also, the bulls could probably get a better player for Taj IMO.
Have a nice day guys, I will share with you if I hear more from the Dragon, lol.
