Like someone mentioned earlier the kid does a great job as a crack baby. I really hope Chibs get killed off at the start of the next episode so I don't have to hear him say Jackie or Jackie boy again.
I've read that it essentially is but that it might be a couple of years before they do it. Also, Sutter is still not sure how he's going to spread it out. Apparently it won't be any more than 2 seasons. Anyone want to make predictions for tonight?
^Jax dies like his father doin what he loves the most riding the bike and wiping out , hence his leg.
Wouldn't be fair as it leaked last week. Evidently a book was mistakenly released weeks early to some clients and it has RIPs for the fallen...including tonight's finale. This character will not make it: Spoiler Jax Teller
But that's an integral part of the SOA drinking game blowback intel proof trust me make/made whole 2 guys hug Jax flares his nostrils Jax bro walks
How exactly does one survive the first 5 minutes? Almost as deadly as the Dazed and Confused drinking game. Every time Mitch touches his nose Every time Slater says "man" Slam beer when Wooderson says "Alright, alright, alright"
Oh hell, that was just the preliminary Jax-centric stuff... land deals Unser changes solid color tshirts in the same episode Nero calls Gemma "Momma" Someone talks about "keeping Charming blah blah" Nero is NOT wearing a cardigan the Kings Gemma sings and/or talks to herself a gang is referred to by a color: yellow/black/white/brown... (why no red?) Someone gets raped Someone takes 2 puffs off a cig and throws it down I know it's not perfect, but you just have to trust me.
Uhhh... that was pretty lame -- the final scene was a cheesy as they come and those MS Paint special effects WTF?
Maybe the effects sucked but it ended how it was supposed to end. Everything was cleaned up and there was nothing left to ponder. Jax is dead. Gemma is dead. What else could you ask for? I've said it before. I guess I'm more able than most of you not to nit pick the silly s*** and just enjoy the story. I can turn off the cynical part of my brain and just be a fan of the show. I wasn't surprised by anything that happened tonight. There's a small part of me that's disappointed that there was very little that happened tonight that wasn't expected. It wasn't the craptastic ending of The Sopranos. I didn't watch Breaking Bad so I can't speak for what happened there. I'm satisfied by what happened tonight. I say "thanks" to Kurt Sutter, Charlie Hunnam, Theo Rossi, Kim Coates, Mark Boone, Dayton Callie, Ron Pearlman, Maggie Siff, etc., etc., etc. This is one of my favorite shows to watch of all time and I'm going to miss it.
The last season or two they really killed some good moments with horrible CGI. The ending is one of them. I thought they'd get a face shot and then pan out from a bird's eye view and show the crash that way...
I was surprisingly pleased with the ending... I always wanted the show to be something it wasn't, yet I still loved the story and its characters, Jax especially. I would've loved for him to live, to get out of charming and just be a dad. But as Sutter said, that was never the kind of show SOA was. I'm a sucker for happy endings, and in a life immersed in violence, depravity, and darkness... When you come out on the wrong side of a good vs evil battle for your soul, as Jax was in for basically the whole series... This was as happy as an ending there could be. SOA was a great show... I'll miss it!
I thought the finale was pretty terrible, writing was awful and what was up with all the cheesy CGI these past couple of seasons? Biggest issue was that Sutter just took the cheapest easiest way to close out all the storylines....
gangs like that live by a code, they killed clay for the same reasons jackson had a mayhem vote, jackson should have been killed by his club
