I have the Lakers on tonight, was hoping they could beat New Orleans. There was a play just now, with a little over 7 minutes left in the fourth, that I think sums up Lin's issues. Jrue Holiday sized him up one-on-one, went around him and scored over him in what seemed like slow motion. He just took two long, slow steps and Lin could do nothing to stop it. It was odd. Lin then took the pass, pushed the tempo quickly and simply lost the ball. It went right to Anthony Davis and Lin fouled him immediately. I'm not sure how he corrects some of this or what his future is. He can play, but I don't know what his role could be on a top team.
If u all wants some disgusting and funny tweet take a look at this lincrazy https://twitter.com/awarde This one got some serious issue
Guy sometime plays like he doesn't belong to NBA. You can talk about his decision making, ball handling skills, shooting, etc. But his biggest problem is mental. The guy is just not mentally tough enough to be a quality NBA player. Looks like he is on his way out of the NBA.
Wow...................................................................... I don't know whether to laugh or be scared.
Oh, one play can determine Lin's future. Btw, 15 outta 22 pts(9/17) tonite from Holiday was against Price/ED and last time they met, Holiday only scored 17 pts on 17 fga(8-17).
Lin is one of these guys who needs a specific set of conditions to succeed-- similar to what he had with D'Antoni and even that first season in Houston: Plenty of shooters, good spacing, a capable center to grab offensive boards, dunk and protect the rim defensively. There are plenty of examples of PGs who look bad in one situation being contributors in another. Darren Collison was run out of town in Dallas and worked well in LA and SAC. D.J. Augustin helped Chicago after getting dumped by Indy and Toronto. Devin Harris didn't do much in Utah but is now pretty decent for DAL. And the list goes on. Of course, the number of these guys means that Lin likely won't get a big $ contract, but he has useful skills that the right team can make use of.
The lin crazies have not all left What's the matter? Hard time convincing laker fans that lin is a superstar?
Pretty much it. He needs ball in hand at all time to succeed. And the rest of the team needs an athletic big to set pick and roll, and 3 other players being 3 pt threat with good cutting abilities.
Lol these LOHs, no one said Scott was a racist in this thread besides the obvious troll. Stop trying to stir **** up
