Browns were never a real wild-card possibility even if they won this game.

We would only have 1 loss in our division (assuming we beat the Jags in the last week). Colts would also just have 1 loss (assuming they beat the Titans in the last week). What's the next tiebreaker after division wins?

Colts still have to play us and the Cowboys. So forget about tie breakers, they're losing both of those games.

Record vs common opponents which they would have us beat in.

Titans......would have to be them in Nashville for the Texans to get the division.

More possible than the Colts have a collapse IMO.

If Cleveland had won . .. the Colts would be 8-5 with the Texans at 7-6

Sun, Dec 14 vs Texans 12:00 PM
    Sun, Dec 21 @ Cowboys 3:25 PM
    Sun, Dec 28 @ Titans

    Versus

    Sun, Dec 14 @ Colts 12:00 PM
Sun, Dec 21 vs Ravens 12:00 PM
    Sun, Dec 28v Jaguars

We beat Indy it would have been 8-6 tie

I think the chances of the Colts losing to the Cowboys is greater than the chances of us losing to the Ravens

They will destroy the t*** and we will beat the Jags
    We'd end up 10-6 versus their 9-7

    Rocket River
    I think I had that scenario right. . . .

I don't see why not so long as we don't look past them like we looked past the Jags today.

Yeah, thought that was an odd way of putting it too. He's 28 and isn't a FA till 2017, I guess he thinks he's going to be cut.

If they lost today, we would've controlled our own destiny for division lead (just win out and we get the division). We can't control our own destiny it all with the wild-card.

That's not true. Colts would have still had to lose to either the Cowboys or Titans - without that, the best the Texans could have done would be to tie and then lose the tiebreaker.

Now, I believe the Colts just have to beat the Titans to guarantee themselves the divison. They can lose to the Texans and Cowboys without penalty.
