After missing five straight games, Thomas was hopeful that he would be able to play on Saturday, but it is still looking iffy at best. "It's slowly getting better, but it's not good enough to play." Thomas said. "I can't jump off one foot yet. Once that comes back, I'll be able to play." This doesn't sound good, and it was also reported that he aggravated his ankle in practice on Thursday.
That sounds great, but if not for Harden last night, the 4th quarter is garbage time in a twolves win.
this might be a schedule loss for us . B2B against a fast pace team when most of our key players played 40 + last night does not sound good on paper. I'm willing to forgive any bad games anyone has because i think fatigue will eventually catch up to us. That being said of course i am rooting for a win, im just pessimistic about our chances.
The team looked tired last night. They got outworked by Minnesota, Ariza even admitted as much in the postgame interview. Phoenix is not a team you want to play tired or shorthanded. Hopefully, we start getting healthy soon. By the way, I noticed DMo struggled with fronting in overtime. We couldn't even get him the ball on the block. Is it too much to ask someone to flash to the free throw line and make the interior pass? I know it won't be a problem when someone who can penetrate like Harden is on the floor, but it shouldn't be that hard to beat the front.
Terry, Johnson Harden, Daniels Ariza, Garcia Motiejunas, Capela Black, Dorsey Guys, I'm scared... Thats literally everybody who's on our roster.... 10 players Have we not made any D league call ups? We could use earl Clark bad, or even Akil Mitchel or Geron Johnson. How about 10 day contracts? Can't we sign someone?
I'm going to the game and whenever I have gone, it has been a blowout Rockets win. I'm expecting the same this time
It's gonna be very difficult to win. Hopefully they give 100% effort since they got a 3 day break after tonight. They'll have plenty of time to get some rest.

What about after tonight? We don't play again til Wednesday. Is Dwight still gonna be out against Golden State? Cuz at that point, it'll have been 3 weeks since he missed the Laker game.
This Dwight injury is one of the weirdest I've ever seen. He was literally a last second scratch for the Lakers game, so I assume it was a minor one game injury. 3 weeks later and he's still not back.
Part of me thinks it's not about the injury. But then I have to make myself consider that players can get injured during practice. But still...
