I agree. He doesn't appear to have been acting aggressively, nor did he seem to be a thug. However, he did resist arrest, and he was breaking the law. He didn't deserve to die, no one will deny that, but sometimes tragedies happen and you can't point your finger at just one factor.

I have zero sympathy for Brown.

Well yeah, he resisted arrest....that's doing something wrong. As to what he was doing before that, he was accused of selling loose cigarettes without a license, something he's been busted for before. I don't know that he was doing that, but I know that's why he was being arrested and I see no reason to assume that the cops are lying.

 

When did they see him selling untaxed cigs when they approched him he had just broke up a fight how could he be selling cigs and breaking up a fight at the same time again he was doing nothing wrong.

 

I think what he is referring to... Garner was seen by police earlier that day when he was helping break up a fight. He was arrested later in the day by the police for selling cigarettes (I don't believe he was selling at the time he was arrested... I believe the police picking him up for a previous offense). During the arrest Garner mentions the earlier fight incidence and how the police seemed to be picking on him (or something to that effect).

 

It's hard to say, I think he's just really really idiotic when it comes to anything involving race. So in some threads, yeah he's basically a troll.

 

By your post you have shown that you are the idiotic biased one when it comes to race for me this is not about race it's about the injustice that has been proven time and time again so grow please and get a clue.

 

Well the actual incident wasn't about race, but the ridiculous reaction to the incident was entirely about race. If Garner was white or hispanic instead of black then no one would pay any attention to the case at all. Since he was black, it's front page news and reason to protest.

If you payed ANY attention to the actual laws relevant to this case, which I have posted numerous times, you'd know that there was no "injustice" and you'd probably have better comments to add to this board.
