    I wish we had made him an offer when he was on the market. This franchise doesn't value role players nearly enough though...which is ironic considering he is the type of player that would excel most in the type of offense they are trying so hard for everyone to buy into.

    Absolutely stellar, Ray allen like. His defense is pretty good so far this season.

    Targeting Atlanta, if we cant get millsap and horford I'd rather horford and Teague possibly giving the NOP 1st.

    Not saying I disagree with you, but an argument COULD be made that someone like Curry is the better shooter with his percentages being lower just because he has to hoist up all those lower percentage threes (pull ups off the dribbble, last second shots etc.), while Korver is more of a catch-and-shoot type of guy.

    How is Kyle Korver not a household name?
    He even plays defense now.
    At one point people probably knew Jimmer Fredette's name more than Kyle Korver's.

    We didn't have any room that offseason. That was when we signed Dwight I believe. All we were offering was BAE and LLE type deals. We targeted Mike Miller and he said no. Korver was going for MLE+ money.

    I would love to trade for him though if Atlanta falls out of things somehow and is looking to deal.

    It baffles me how this team that shoot so many threes doesn't actually utilize a great shooter.

    Korver is the best shooter off screens and spotting up IMO.

    The thing that makes Curry special is shooting off the dribble where he's so much better than everyone else.

    I wouldn't at all be surprised if Spurs' acquired both Marc Gasol and Korver in the future.
