If you really need me to tell you the difference between a woman so afraid of the person she's married with that she allows him to rape her, and this "celebrity" sitting in a chair in complete silence and allowing a stranger to have sex with him... ...Well, I'm guessing you have bigger problems than your inability to fathom how the two things are entirely different.
I have little doubt that this anonymous woman with a whip was involved in a secret plot with Labeouf to do this. Did anyone verify that his girlfriend was waiting in line, as well as the nympho's boyfriend? That seems entirely fabricated. He wanted to start a discussion about men as victims of sexual and physical assault while the rest of the nation is discussing domestic violence. He's an idiot of course but excels at provocation.
So if she took out a gun and shot him, that wouldn't be murder? Since, the sign said do anything to him...
He was "raped"? Hmmmm... But... he didn't SCREAM "no, b*tch! no! Leave me alone! MOMMY!" or anything like that? Sounds incredible, of the "non-credible" variety. FIXED.
Looks like a sucessful publicity stunt to me, whether staged or serendipitous. Not sure why he'd sit there like a dumbass while being assaulted. I'm trying to imagine my father just continuing to paint for the sake of the art while someone was messing with him. He'd drop the brush and knock someone's lights out. Some people who style themselves artists are taking themselves what they do as art far too seriously. Criminally speaking, rape almost requires that the victim press charges in order to indict someone. If the encounter was consensual, it doesn't count as a rape. A murder gets prosecuted no matter what the victim says (or would have said). Even assisted suicides are prosecuted most places. So, the comparison isn't valid at all. But, a little googling shows me the art gallery denies there was a sign that said people could anything to him. I couldn't google much because I kept hitting the company firewall.
I glanced over it quickly, but was there actual intercourse Or is he just calling the whipping and undressing a "rape"? I'm not so sure you should take his words so literal on second thought...who gives a crap?
You'd think they would have had a security camera or something in there. Shia has turned kinda crazy over the years so I take everything he says with a grain of salt
His recent craziness seems like a huge act. It's like he's trying to be Charlie Sheen but is sort of pathetic at it.
