Never trust the timeline posts. Deals aren't done that way. There are talks that could be happening but nothing is certain. Every time Drew gives a timeline it never ends up happening. He may have some inside source but it is not a reliable one when it comes to predicting what will happen.
I'll give you a timeline. If a trade goes down, it'll be before February 19th, 2 PM central. Trust me on this, I have some very insider sauces. I made hollandaise sauce this morning.
And you believe that NBA GMs don't track down every single unintended leak and fire their asses? Gms are among the most predatory managers out their in today's business world. Any possible unintended leak will be tracked down and eliminated. I was a manager at a fortune 50 corporation and if anyone leaked anything unintended they were identified and fired. We even employed private "agencies" to investigate such matters. Do you really think that the NBA is any different?

Some of you are so obtuse. Screw the timeline...Look past the smaller machinations....and look at the big picture...Forest/trees thing... While I would have preferred to have had things salted away by now too....Sometimes, a little patience can bring blessings in disguise.
