We just won against a very good Kings team down 3 starters. We are 12-3. Why anyone would criticize McHale at this point is baffling.
Dont know why this gets bumped during the Regular Season. All that matters for this team is how they Do in the Playoffs. Judge him then.
Look I'm happy with our play. Still doesn't change the fact that I believe Mchale is not a competent coach.
More kudos to Mchale bring back Canaan down the stretch of a close game and letting him make clutch shots. I know Bev is injured, but Canaan playing well may force Bev to rush back...competition
Mchale already told the media that Bev has been rushing back during previous injury stints. Bev knows how good cannon is from his up close experience in practice.
This post is good. It reminded me . . . Kevin McHale has the highest winning percentage of any Rockets coach in history.
Mchale drew up multiple plays to get 3 pointers for Canaan, Ariza and Harden.. It was great to see. There was also a time there in the 2nd qtr when DMO, Canaan and Harden were on the bench and the worst lineup I think I have ever seen since I have been a fan of the Rockets was on the floor: Dorsey, JET, Garcia, Papa, Ariza. With that putrid lineup they managed to expand the lead running Mchale's offense. This is the second night in a row that Mchale has had a terrible lineup run a competent offense. Also DMO got the ball in the post when shots weren't falling which IMO secured the win. Mchale did a solid job tonight. Besides the 22 point lead that was lost, this was probably one of Mchale's best jobs on the bench.
That this team is getting any wins whatsoever (and on a three game winning streak) is absolutely incredible. Kudos to the coaching staff and the bench players. McHale is one hell of a coach.
Yeah right. Find another coach that can take these scrubs to a three game winning streak. The Rockets are resorting to a D-League lineup out there at times due to injuries.
He also has one of, if not the worst playoff winning %. You must have forgotten where that is what matters.
hey SF where can i find those coaching rankings? Also, while I'm glad the team are reeling off wins, we have been truly blessed with our opening schedule. The easy schedule and James Harden are masking McHale's deficiencies. I would love a reporter to grill McHale on why Canaan wasn't playing before Bev's injury too...
We'll see what McHale does when Dwight and Bev comes back. Will Dmo go back to being a stretch 4 and stop getting post touches? Will Canaan go back to...not playing at all? Basically, is McHale learning more about this team with the injuries?

Are you telling us you are going to be complaining until the 2015 playoffs are over?
